Flat Cables

C&W Electronics is able to produce Flat Cables for high flex applications such as data cables.

Flat cables can be an efficient and cost-effective way of making interconnections. Cutting, stripping, slitting and notching is possible with our flat cable processing machines.

Available in 1.25mm, 1.27mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 2.54mm pitch, our flat cables can be manufactured to customer requirements or UL standards, and can are available in both round and flat conductor types, such as:

Flat Jumper Lead
Flat Shielded Wire
Flexible Flat Cables (FFC)

FFC can be terminated with either ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) or LIF (Low Insertion Force) connections.
